Exceptional clarity and detail is captured by the 700 line Sony ExView II CCD imager combined with the latest generation Sony Effio-E digital signal processor. The stylish turret dome design offers tamper proof cable connections and full 3-axis viewing angle adjustment. The 24 high output IR LEDs and imager are optically isolated as they are concentrically housed in their own compartments, keeping IR reflection and halo effect to a minimum. Typical IR range produces facial recognition at 20 feet and general surveillance in excess of 50 feet in total darkness. The included video/power cable uses locking BNC video connectors with gold plated pins that reduce high frequency/resolution loss and video noise. Locating a power source near the camera is not necessary as all power and video connections are done at the location of the DVR or monitor being used. The camera comes packaged with everything you need to install and operate it. Toll-free, U.S. based technical assistance is included for the life of the product.
